Brewing Beer

Steps for Brewing Beer:

  1. Crushing the malt
  2. Mashing the crushed malt (mixing crushed malt and water at 67°C) for 1hour
  3. Remove the crushed malt from water and keep the temperature at 75°C for 25mins
  4. Measure the sugar density (should be around 50)
  5. Add hops and boil (100°C) the solution for 1hour
  6. Let it cool down and add yeast
  7. Sterilise (acid spray) and keep the lid on to store it for 2-3 weeks
  8. Carbonate the beer and refrigerate
  9. Chill and drink!
