Brewing Beer
Steps for Brewing Beer:
- Crushing the malt
- Mashing the crushed malt (mixing crushed malt and water at 67°C) for 1hour
- Remove the crushed malt from water and keep the temperature at 75°C for 25mins
- Measure the sugar density (should be around 50)
- Add hops and boil (100°C) the solution for 1hour
- Let it cool down and add yeast
- Sterilise (acid spray) and keep the lid on to store it for 2-3 weeks
- Carbonate the beer and refrigerate
- Chill and drink!
